Registered Nurse / Medical Surgical With Telemetry

Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS/Telemetry) Registered Nurse position in a travel capacity. This role involves providing patient care in a float pool setting across multiple facilities, including Northwest Medical Center, Oro Valley Hospital, Northwest Houghton, and Northwest Sahuarita. The position offers an opportunity to demonstrate clinical expertise, critical thinking, and leadership in a fast-paced environment on a day shift schedule.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, Monday to Sunday, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Arizona nursing license, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), 2+ years of experience, location requirements as specified
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Cerner electronic medical record system
• Float: Float rotation may be required between departments and facilities
• Additional Information: The MS/Telemetry RN holds shift accountability for delivering safe, effective patient care utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. Responsibilities include critical thinking, scientific judgment, delegation, and supervision of patient care staff.
