Registered Nurse / Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor

Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor Registered Nurse (RN) position available in a 15-bed inpatient rehab unit. This role involves providing direct patient care, implementing care plans, and coordinating discharge needs for patients in a clinical setting.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Nursys license verification, professional profile in the organization, two professional references, completion of Ascension skills checklist, and professional experience in nursing.
• Preferred Qualifications: Not specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: This assignment is scheduled to start on 10/04/2026, with a planned end date of 01/02/2027. Candidates should be prepared to provide direct patient care, implement care plans, and facilitate patient discharge within a rehabilitation setting.
