Job Summary:
Case Management Experience (CM EXP) role in a healthcare setting scheduled to begin on October 5, 2026. The position involves overseeing patient care coordination, developing care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet patient needs effectively. This role requires a professional with foundational knowledge in case management processes and a focus on patient advocacy and resource coordination within the facility.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certification in ACLS and BLS (must be through the American Heart Association), two years of recent Charge Registered Nurse experience, hospital ICU supervisory experience, valid California RN license (must be attached to resume).
- Additional Information: Candidates must submit all required documentation as specified in the submission template. No prior travel experience or additional clinical experience minimum is specified. The position is open for employment from 10/05/2026 to 12/19/2026, with a total of one opening at this time.
