Registered Nurse / Labor And Delivery Department

Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Department Registered Nurse position is available for a facility seeking qualified professionals for night shift assignments. The role involves providing care in the birthing unit, with scheduling options of 36, 40, or 48 hours per week. The position requires circulating experience and offers flexibility in shift patterns, including 12-hour and 8-hour night shifts.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 36-48 hours per week, including 3x12s or 4x12s from 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., or 2x12-hour and 2x8-hour shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
• Required Qualifications: Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and recent Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM) at least an intermediate level. Must have circulating experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in Advanced Life Support for Obstetrics, Perinatal Certification (Maternal Newborn Nursing - Level I and Postpartum or Inpatient Obstetric Nursing - Labor and Birth), and breastfeeding certification (First Latch).
• Additional Information: The position involves working within the birthing unit, following hospital protocols, and providing specialized obstetric nursing care. Candidates must be flexible to work night shifts, including long hours and varied scheduling options.
