Registered Nurse / Telemetry

Job Summary:
Telemetry (TELE) Registered Nurse (RN) position in Springfield, MO. This role involves providing direct patient care in a busy urban trauma center, primarily within the telemetry unit. The position requires delivering high-quality nursing services in a fast-paced environment, utilizing clinical expertise to support patient health and safety.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, Days, 036 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current RN License (meets Missouri licensure criteria or licensed in Missouri), BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications from AHA; 1 year of clinical experience in telemetry, stepdown, or emergency department settings in Level 3, Level 4, or critical access hospitals
• Preferred Qualifications: Trauma, pediatrics, high patient volume, or high-acuity experience
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: Utilizes the nursing process to evaluate and coordinate patient care across departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, adhering to nursing practice guidelines, and demonstrating professionalism and teamwork in a high-acuity environment.
