Registered Nurse / Operating Room

Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in a healthcare facility. Responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering direct clinical care to patients on a per shift basis. Oversees nursing staff, ensuring high-quality, safe patient care, competency of clinical team, and resource management. Supports the facility`s Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in maintaining operational excellence.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, degree in nursing or related field, and basic life support (BLS) certification. No minimum experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in operating room nursing or perioperative services preferred. Additional certifications such as CNOR (Certified Perioperative Nurse) are advantageous.
• Additional Information: The operating room nurse will be involved in patient assessments and care planning prior to, during, and post-surgery. Responsibilities include supervising staff and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards.
