Job Summary
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) on nights in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing patient care on multiple units including Telemetry, Neuro, and MedSurg, with floating requirements across similar and lower-acuity units. The position requires the ability to interpret EKGs, titrate cardiac medications, and work a 12-hour night shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week starting from 09/28/2026.

Job Details

  • Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting 09/28/2026 and ending 01/11/2027.
  • Required Qualifications: Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS; Education: RN license; Experience: 2 years of medical-surgical and telemetry experience; Location: Must be able to work nights; Years of Experience: 2 years minimum.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience interpreting EKGs and titrating cardiac drugs like Amio, Cardene, Nitro, Heparin, Dobutamine.
  • Float: Float to similar or lower acuity units, including Telemetry, Neuro, and MedSurg. Float to different units within the same campus and occasionally to another campus approximately 9 miles apart.
  • Additional Information: Performed duties include caring for post-cath lab, post vascular procedures, CABG patients, neuro post surgical, and stroke patients (excluding ICP monitoring). The unit supports a new graduate training program with dedicated clinical scholar support for 4 weeks. Orientation includes 2 days on the floor.
