Job Summary
The ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Adult Inpatient Nurse is responsible for providing specialized critical care to adult patients in a hospital setting. This role involves working on a full-time basis in a 36-hour/week schedule, primarily during daytime shifts from 0700 to 1930. The position requires collaboration with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care, ensuring safety and adherence to clinical standards. The start date is urgent, with a contractual duration of approximately two years.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, certification in Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) or equivalent, minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, proficiency in Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), Impella, and Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) procedures, and current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Impella and IABP devices.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
  • Additional Information: The role involves staffing during weekends and holidays to meet operational needs. Candidate must be able to start as soon as possible, and the assignment is scheduled to end on 01/04/2027.
