Nursing Supervisor Location undisclosed. This role involves managing clinical and support staff within a healthcare environment, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with policies and procedures, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. The position requires leadership in coordinating day-to-day activities, staff recruitment, performance management, and ensuring quality standards in patient care.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Day shift with 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent; two (2) years of medical front and/or back office experience; ability to direct and supervise staff; knowledge of medical practice and patient care; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of clinical and clerical procedures including registration, scheduling, medical equipment, and patient record keeping.
