Job Summary:
Home Healthcare Professional specializing in home health services in a setting that involves providing patient care primarily during daytime hours. This role entails managing patient needs, administering basic health assessments, and ensuring quality care within a home environment. The position offers a flexible schedule with an opportunity to work primarily Monday through Friday with some weekend coverage.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts from 08:00 to 16:30, with a minimum of 32 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid license to submit; certifications including Basic Life Support (AHA) and Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI); minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The position involves a 72-hour bi-weekly schedule, primarily during standard daytime hours, with the potential for weekend shifts. No on-call responsibilities are expected.
