Registered Nurse / Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in an urban healthcare facility. The role involves providing high-quality emergency care in a high-volume, 38-bed unit with fast track and behavioral health rooms, serving both adult and pediatric patients. The RN will work scheduled nights, including every other weekend and holiday, to ensure continuous patient coverage.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS); active Driver`s License or State ID; at least 2 years of emergency nursing experience; ability to care for pediatric patients; minimum experience requirement: 2 years
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in high-volume emergency departments, familiarity with trauma/resuscitation, behavioral health, and pediatric care
• Additional Information: This position requires adherence to emergency nursing protocols and familiarity with unit SOPs. Candidates must complete necessary submission packets and testing as part of the onboarding process. The shift includes every other weekend and holiday coverage, with no blocked schedules possible.
