Job Details

• Location: Overland Park, Kansas
• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Position Description: Critical care nursing within a 25-bed ICU, including open heart recovery, bedside cardioversions, bronchoscopies, CRRT, and Impella procedures
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS are required
• Required Qualifications: Critical Care Experience, strong communication skills, adaptability to change, BLS and ACLS certifications, minimum 3 years of experience, education requirement: 0 years, location requirement: Overland Park, Kansas, and experience requirement: 0 years minimum
• Preferred Qualifications: Neuro and trauma experience are a plus
• Additional Information: Must have experience in Critical Care, demonstrate strong communication skills, and be adaptable to change. The unit values collaborative teamwork and is working towards recognition as a Unit of Distinction and Pathway to Excellence. Travel/Agencies to float to Tele units to take patients and provide support, with a focus on patient experience and unit policies including self-scheduling and specific dress code.
