Registered Nurse / Case Management Exp

Job Summary:
Case Management (CM) experience is required for a position at a healthcare facility located in Largo, Florida. This role involves working within a psychiatric and rehabilitation unit that operates as a float unit. The position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse team, utilizing specific electronic medical record systems, and contributing to patient discharge planning. The assignment begins on 09/14/2026 and concludes on 12/14/2026, with a standard schedule of daytime hours.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: No minimum experience required; candidates must have Meditech and Midas electronic medical record experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with complex discharge planning skills will be prioritized.
• Additional Information:
  • Unit operates with approximately 286 beds, with a team including Registered Nurses, Case Managers, Social Workers, and support staff.
  • Typical staff composition during day shifts includes one charge nurse, three RNs, two CNAs, and 1-3 sitters.
  • Patient-to-staff ratios are at least 25:1 for case management.
  • Equipment used includes EMR systems Meditech and Midas.
  • Traveler will be scheduled according to facility policy, with rotational work on weekends and holidays.
