Emergency Room (ER) Nurse, located in Kingwood, TX. This position involves providing essential emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ER environment, with responsibilities including patient assessment, IV placement, blood draws, resuscitations, and EKG procedures. The role requires active engagement with a dedicated team to deliver timely and quality care for diverse patient needs.

Job Details

• Position Description: ER Nurse in a 28-bed emergency department with a staff of 15, including charge nurses, RNs, techs, and a unit secretary.
• Required Qualifications: Active certifications in TNCC, PALS, ACLS, and BLS; experience requirement: 1 year in emergency or acute care settings; education requirements: relevant nursing degree; location requirements: candidates must be eligible to work in TX; shift: Evenings, 12 hours, minimum 36 hours per week starting 10/26/2026 with end date 01/25/2027.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in trauma care and working with EMR systems such as Meditech.
• Additional Information: Candidates must have acute emergency room experience. Shifts include four weekend shifts per month, with no on-call requirements. The environment is active and personable, with procedures including IV starts, blood draws, resuscitations, and EKG monitoring.
