Registered Nurse / Intensive Care Unit

Job Summary
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse position available in a hospital setting. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for critically ill patients, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and professional standards. The nurse will utilize extensive knowledge, judgment, and technical skills to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current, valid RN license in the state of practice, temporary/interim RN license in the state of practice, or compact RN licensure; BLS certification; experience in an acute care hospital setting for at least one year within the past 12 months; familiarity with ICU patient care requirements and standards of practice.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor`s degree in Nursing; professional certification related to critical care preferred; additional related education and/or experience.
• Additional Information: The role involves direct patient care in a critical care environment, including assessing patient status, implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The position requires physical agility, effective communication skills, and the ability to respond swiftly to emergency situations.
