Job Summary:
The Certified First Surgical Assistant (FSA) position is located within a healthcare organization. This role involves assisting surgical teams during procedures, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols, and supporting operative processes. The position is scheduled for day shifts, providing an opportunity to contribute to patient care in a collaborative environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Dayshift, Saturday through Monday, from 06:45 to 19:15, totaling approximately 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certification as a Certified First Surgical Assistant, relevant education or training in surgical assistance, and at least 1 year of experience in surgical support.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with surgical teams in a hospital or healthcare setting, familiarity with surgical instrumentation and sterile techniques.
- Additional Information: The role involves supporting surgical procedures, maintaining sterile environments, and adhering to facility protocols. Flexibility to work on weekends is required.
