Emergency Medical Technician / Paramedic

Job Summary:
Paramedic position available in a northwest New Mexico region. The role involves providing emergency medical services, riding along in an ambulance to deliver critical patient care. The assignment offers 24-hour shifts, with a focus on responding to various emergency situations within a well-equipped ambulance unit.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: NM Paramedic License, NRP Advanced Certification, BLS, ACLS, PALS (must be from American Heart Association). Two years of experience as a paramedic are preferred; no minimum experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with 911 operations and emergency response.
• Additional Information: Candidates will be working in an ambulance setting, riding along with the team; they are not responsible for driving. The role involves responding to emergency calls with a focus on patient stabilization and care during transport. The assignment is from October 12, 2026, through January 11, 2027, with potential for extended placement based on performance.
