Registered Nurse / Operating Room

Job Summary
The Operating Room (OR) specialty position is based in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing surgical support and clinical care within a teaching hospital environment. The position requires prior travel experience and relevant clinical skills to ensure high-quality patient care during scheduled shifts and call rotations.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: 2 years of experience in the relevant specialty; BLS certification; active VA or Compact license required at the time of submission; all RTO documentation must be included in submission packet; experience with scrub and circulate roles; vascular, neuro, and da Vinci robotics experience for RN candidates.
• Preferred Qualifications: Cerner experience is preferred.
• Additional Information: Orientation dates are 10/5 and 10/19, held every other Monday. Prior travel experience is required for all positions. Client can cancel up to 36 hours prior to an assignment due to census variations. The facility is a teaching hospital, and team members are expected to contribute to a culture of support, especially when interacting with students and new hires.
