Job Summary:
The Social Worker position is located in a healthcare facility specializing in mental health and social services. The role involves providing psychosocial assessment, support, and interventions for pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients. The position requires dependability in a small unit with a focus on delivering consistent patient care during daytime shifts.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 32 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of social work experience, Masters in Social Work, Massachusetts license (must be uploaded with profile), active American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification, experience with pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients, previous emergency department experience highly preferred, own vehicle required, and all requested time off must be noted and verified at upload.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with psychiatric and crisis intervention, additional certifications are advantageous.
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information:
  This assignment requires careful planning of time off, with no more than 5 days of requested time off accepted. Call-outs are not allowed as they significantly impact patient care.
