Registered Nurse / Operating Room

Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in a healthcare facility located in an unspecified location. This position involves providing intraoperative and postoperative patient care, focusing on surgical procedures across various specialties including endoscopies, general surgery, orthopedics, urology, and podiatry. The role requires working on a Monday through Thursday schedule with call responsibilities, supporting a patient age group of 7 to 100 years.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; experience with Electronic Medical Record systems such as Oracle or Cerner preferred; preferably has at least 2 years of travel experience as a Registered Nurse with circulating experience in the Operating Room.
• Schedule: Dayshift, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: RN`s will perform intraoperative and postoperative/PACU duties. Training is available for PACU responsibilities if the candidate lacks prior experience in this area.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
