Registered Nurse / Emergency Room

Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) in a healthcare facility. This role involves delivering age-specific, direct patient care within the emergency setting. The RN will utilize the Nursing Process and adhere to the Department of Nursing Standards of Patient Care and Specialty Specific Standards. Leadership responsibilities include delegating work and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Valid licenses and certifications including Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP). Minimum of 1 year of experience as an ER RN. Education requirements as per state regulations.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Responsible for delivering care to patients across all age groups, adhering to clinical standards and protocols. Must be able to perform delegation and leadership duties effectively. Compliance with all applicable legal requirements is mandatory.
