Registered Nurse / Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse position available in Los Angeles. This role involves delivering coordinated nursing care for patients in the emergency department, supervising assigned nursing staff, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The position requires critical thinking and adherence to established standards of care to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift with a shift duration of 12 hours, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor`s Degree in Nursing (BSN); 3 years of experience; ER specialty experience preferred; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications from approved vendors.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Essential Functions: Collects relevant patient data, analyzes assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues, develops and implements care plans, evaluates patient progress, collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare teams, provides patient education, participates in discharge planning, delegates duties appropriately, and performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Application Requirements: Valid licensure, certifications, and experience as listed.
