Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical Rehabilitation (MS REHAB) in Dallas, Texas. This position involves providing patient care on a dedicated medical surgical rehabilitation floor in a state-of-the-art facility. The role aims to support patients recovering from conditions such as stroke, amputation, and major surgeries, with a focus on improving health, functionality, and quality of life through comprehensive nursing care.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shift hours, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, associate or bachelors degree in nursing, located in the United States, with a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in medical surgical rehabilitation, stroke, amputation, and major surgeries; problem solver, warm, welcoming, leadership skills, critical thinking skills
  • Additional Information: The role involves working with a patient population including geriatric and adult patients, with diagnoses such as stroke, amputation, and major surgeries. Candidates should demonstrate strong clinical and leadership skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The facility utilizes electronic health records including Cerner and Epic systems. Reporting to designated clinical leadership, the nurse will ensure quality patient care and safety standards are maintained.
