Registered Nurse / Nurse Manager

Job Summary:
Nurse Manager position in a Cath Laboratory at a healthcare facility. The role involves overseeing patient care and staff coordination in a high-volume catheterization laboratory environment, with a focus on adult patients undergoing various cardiovascular procedures. The manager is responsible for unit operations, staff management, and ensuring adherence to clinical standards within a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8-hour workdays, Monday through Friday, with a six-week schedule cycle from 10/12/2026 to 01/09/2027, averaging 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, a minimum of 2 years of experience in a cath lab or electrophysiology (EP) unit, and management experience in a large cath lab environment (9 procedure rooms). A nurse, anesthesia, or nurse manager (CN, ANM, or NM) background of at least 6 months is required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Master`s degree is a plus, particularly if transitioning to a permanent position.
• Additional Information: The candidate should demonstrate effective communication skills across departments, multitasking abilities, and the capacity to support lab staff as needed. The role involves shift coordination, site management support, and collaboration with physicians and staff across multiple facilities. Orientation includes a two-week department training with the director, and the candidate must be flexible for weekend emergency call, holiday coverage, and shared on-call responsibilities. The scrub color is Galaxy Blue, and parking is provided free with badge access. Floating between two walkable sites is required.
