Registered Nurse / Intensive Care Unit

Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse position in Mesa, Arizona. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for critically ill patients in a high-acuity setting. The position requires delivering patient-centered care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Shift Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice or a valid compact RN license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months is preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor`s degree in nursing is preferred. Professional certification related to critical care is also preferred.
• Additional Information: The role involves providing direct patient care, coordinating treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet the complex needs of ICU patients. Candidates must demonstrate clinical performance competencies and adhere to regulatory standards.
