Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nurse position in Chicago, Illinois. This role involves providing specialized critical care services in a high-acuity inpatient setting. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering advanced patient care in accordance with unit protocols and standards.
Job Details:
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Active Illinois license, CPR, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications; 2+ years of ICU experience; located in Chicago, IL.
- Schedule: Nights shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, working 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Active Illinois license, CPR, ACLS, NIHSS certifications, minimum of 2 years ICU experience, and Epic electronic health record (EHR) experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous Epic experience.
- Additional Information: The position requires floating to all other inpatient units as needed. Orientation includes 12 hours of onboarding, with 6 hours non-billable, scheduled on the first day. Submission must include a resume, one reference from the past year, skills checklist, and all active certifications.
