Registered Nurse / Medical Surgical Floor

Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor Nurse in Iowa City, Iowa. This position involves providing patient care on a 3C adult inpatient medical unit, with a focus on adult medical-surgical patients. The role operates during night shifts, with a start date of September 7, 2026 or September 14, 2026. The position requires delivering high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Job Details:

• Shift Time: Nights (6:00 PM 7:30 AM)
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification, no minimum experience required, located within the United States, and able to work the specified shift.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in adult inpatient or medical-surgical nursing is advantageous.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The role involves staffing a 3C adult inpatient medical unit, providing comprehensive nursing care to adult patients, and adhering to hospital protocols and safety guidelines. Candidates should be flexible with shift timings and available to start on the specified dates.
