Registered Nurse / Intensive Care Unit

Job Summary
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse position available in Las Cruces, New Mexico. This role involves providing specialized care to critically ill patients in a well-respected healthcare organization. The position requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

Job Details

• Shift: Days
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Related certification requirements, and 1 year of clinical experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in ICU settings, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification, familiarity with electronic medical records, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Additional Information: Orientation is scheduled weekly on Mondays. All travelers must have the REQUIRED certifications prior to start. Located in the southern New Mexico desert, the area offers year-round sunshine, scenic outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and exploring national parks. Candidates must be at least 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered. All clinical staff in New Mexico must be fingerprinted and provide background check documentation prior to hire. Travelers may start with a 14-day waiver while waiting for background results but must be supervised during this period.
