Registered Nurse / Pediatric Intensive Care Unit

Job Summary:
A Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) registered nurse position is available in a healthcare facility located in Mesa, Arizona. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for critically ill pediatric patients. The nurse will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care tailored to the needs of pediatric patients and their families.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, with an anticipated start date of 08/10/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a valid registered nurse license in Arizona or hold a valid compact licensure, with current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Relevant clinical experience in pediatric intensive care or acute care settings within the past 12 months is preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing or higher, with professional certification in pediatric critical care. Additional related education and experience are advantageous.
• Additional Information: The role requires proficiency with computer systems, effective communication skills, and the ability to respond swiftly to patient care needs. Strong assessment skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team are essential.
