Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Step Down Unit is sought at a prominent healthcare facility in Asheville, North Carolina. Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, BSN or higher preferred, current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, up to 1 year of nursing experience, located in North Carolina or eligible for licensure reciprocity.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a step down or telemetry unit, American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Additional Information: The role involves managing moderately complex patients requiring attentive monitoring and intervention. Candidates should be adept at following facility SOPs and collaborating within interdepartmental teams.
