Registered Nurse / Medical Surgical Floor

Job Summary:
The position is for a Medical Surgical Floor (MS) nurse at a healthcare facility located in Franklin, Wisconsin. The role involves providing patient care on a medical-surgical unit, with a focus on ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes. The schedule consists of day shifts, with 12-hour shifts and a minimum of 36 hours per week. The assignment begins on August 23, 2026.

Job Details:

• Location: Franklin, WI, 53132
• Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: 3-5 years of Medical Surgical (Med/Surg) nursing experience; BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale) certification; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred; experience with electronic medical records (Epic); travel experience preferred; may need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.
• Preferred Qualifications: BLS, NIHSS, ACLS certifications preferred.
• Additional Information: Please review facility-specific notes for additional requirements. Candidates should be prepared for potential on-site float within their skill set or to nearby sites as needed, and must have prior Med/Surg experience.
