Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in an ICU setting, with responsibilities including monitoring critically ill patients, collaborating with healthcare team members, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards. The position offers an opportunity to work on night shifts with a flexible weekend rotation.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 12-hour night shifts. Minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA), current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA), at least 2 years of experience in a similar ICU setting, and separation from the facility`s organization for 6 or more months.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a high-acuity ICU environment.
- Additional Information: BILH coversheet required at time of submission. Weekend rotation is every other weekend. If working through winter holidays, two holidays are required. EPIC electronic health record system experience is required. Must wear any color scrubs. Weekly orientation is provided. Floating between ICU and intermediate care unit (IMCU) may be required.
