Registered Nurse / Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN) Little Rock, AR. This position involves providing specialized care in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit with night shifts. The role requires working weekends and may require floating to other units within the intensive care cluster. Candidates must have prior travel experience and extensive NICU expertise aligned with Level 4 standards.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid active AR or Compact Nursing license; must have LEVEL 4 NICU experience clearly noted on submission; at least one prior travel assignment; EPIC electronic medical record experience; strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a busy NICU environment, familiarity with additional intensive care units within the hospital cluster
• Float: Float rotation may be required to other units within the ICU cluster
• Additional Information: Position start date is 08/24/2026. Position requires weekend shifts and NICU expertise at the Level 4 standard. Candidates should be prepared for potential floating to other ICU services as required.
