Registered Nurse / Medical Surgical Oncology Floor

Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Oncology Floor Nurse position in Baltimore, Maryland. This role entails providing specialized nursing care to adult patients with solid tumors on an 18-bed unit. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting, adhering to facility protocols and patient safety standards.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours each, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: RN License, BLS certification, Oncology experience, 2 years of current nursing experience, 1-2 travel assignments preferred
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Alaris pumps; EPIC electronic health record system; Patient population involves adult solid tumor patients
• Additional Information: Orientation sessions are held on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month; candidates must have previous employment with any Johns Hopkins system facility and have been gone for at least 1 full year if a prior staff or PRN employee
