Registered Nurse / Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse position is located in Detroit, Michigan. This role involves providing direct clinical care to neonatal patients on night shifts. The nurse will oversee patient assessments, care planning, and supervision of staff, supporting high-quality and safe neonatal care within the facility.

Job Details:

• Shift: Nights (12 hours per shift)
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, A minimum of 0 years of experience in neonatal care, and relevant clinical certification(s) as required by the facility.
• Additional Information: The NICU Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and at the unit level. The role includes supervision of staff to whom care is delegated and supports the facility chief nursing officer to ensure high standards of care, staff competency, and appropriate resource management.
