Registered Nurse / Progressive Care Unit

Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Nurse in Burlington, Massachusetts. This role involves providing patient care in a specialized hospital setting, working night shifts on a 12-hour schedule. The position requires clinical expertise and adaptability to various operational needs within the unit.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, BLS certification from the American Heart Association, zero or more years of nursing experience, and ability to titrate pressors. Epically experienced candidates are preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: ACLS certification from the American Heart Association, NIHSS certification, Level 1 trauma experience, and ability to float to emergency department holds, inpatient holds, post-anesthesia care unit (PACU), and other boarding units.
• Additional Information: The candidate must cover the Burlington location, with the start date scheduled for 08/24/2026. No travel or float requirement is present, and the candidate must be separated from the organization for a minimum of 6 months for consideration. IVS submission to management approval is required.
