Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Nurse in Los Angeles, California. This position involves providing specialized care in the labor and delivery department within a healthcare facility. The role requires delivering high-quality maternal and neonatal care in a dynamic clinical environment, ensuring patient safety and compliance with established protocols.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per day, minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience; graduate of an accredited nursing program; valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where care is provided; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing or related field; five (5) or more years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery, including high-risk labor and delivery within the last two (2) years; high-risk obstetrics experience.
  • Additional Information: This role requires a focus on high-stakes maternal and neonatal care, working in a fast-paced environment to support patient needs throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
