Registered Nurse / Nurse Manager

Job Summary:
The healthcare organization is seeking a Nurse Manager for a facility located in Somerville, Massachusetts. This position involves overseeing endoscopy and urgent care services, managing multiple procedure rooms, and ensuring smooth clinical operations. The Nurse Manager will be responsible for leading staff, maintaining compliance with clinical standards, and coordinating patient care within the specified specialty.

Job Details:

• Position: Nurse Manager
• Location: Somerville, Massachusetts
• Schedule: Rotating shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Start Date: 08/24/2026
• Required Qualifications: 5 years of recent Nurse Manager (NM) experience, current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Massachusetts Registered Nurse license in active or conditional status, ability to provide two recent Manager or Supervisor references in the specialty, and skills checklist matching the specialty.
• Additional Information: Experience with moderate sedation and gastrointestinal scope procedures is required. Candidates should have experience with GO procedures, scheduling, and urgent care, managing four procedure rooms, and working with patients aged 18 and older for Endoscopy and all ages for Urgent Care. Knowledge of electronic medical record systems, particularly EPIC, is preferred. Flu vaccination is required during the current season. RTO (Request for Time Off) must be included at the time of submission. A valid drivers license matching the current address is necessary.
