Registered Nurse / Intensive Care Unit

Job Summary:
Critical Care Nursing Boston, Massachusetts. This position involves caring for critically ill adult patients in an adult medical, surgical, abdominal/lung transplant, and trauma intensive care unit. The role requires providing high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced environment, supporting the organizations commitment to patient safety and excellence.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating day and night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: 2+ years of recent acute care inpatient experience or current ICU experience; 1+ years travel experience; Valid nursing license; Ability to work rotating day/night shifts
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with adult critical care, trauma, or transplant units; BLS and ACLS certifications
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The ICU is a multidisciplinary, high-acuity environment caring for complex critically ill patients. Candidates must demonstrate excellent clinical skills, adaptability, and a team-oriented approach.
