Registered Nurse / Post Anesthesia Care Unit

Job Summary
PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) Registered Nurse position located in Needham, Massachusetts. This role involves providing post-operative recovery care in a 73-bed community hospital. The schedule consists of 10-hour day shifts with call responsibilities, including once a week for weekdays and one weekend every 6 to 8 weeks. The candidate must have an active MA (Massachusetts) license, a minimum of two years of PACU experience, and must be separated from the organization for at least six months to be considered.

Job Details

• Shift: 10-hour daytime shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid MA (Massachusetts) nursing license, at least two years of PACU experience, availability for 10-hour day shifts, and a minimum of one year of clinical experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: BILH coversheet required at time of submission. Candidates must have separated from the organization for 6+ months and be in good standing. No local candidates (50 miles or fewer from the hospital) will be accepted. The role requires providing care in a community hospital setting and participating in scheduled call rotations.
