Registered Nurse / Long Term Care

Job Summary:
Long Term Care (LTC) Nurse is sought for a night shift position in SOLDOTNA, Alaska. This role involves managing individualized, goal-directed nursing care utilizing the nursing process and the principles of primary nursing. The position offers flexibility and requires adherence to facility-specific policies and procedures.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with an average of 18 patients per day and 25 patients per night. The minimum hours per week are 36.
• Required Qualifications: Alaska RN license, BLS Certification, COVID Vaccine, 1 year of long-term care experience, BSN preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Facility allows call-offs with no penalty within 24 hours in a 13-week assignment. Orientation includes general and Planetree orientation. Experience with EPIC charting system is preferred.
