Registered Nurse / Progressive Care Unit

Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Nurse in Burlington, MA. This position involves providing high-quality patient care in a specialized unit, with an emphasis on critical but intermediate care. The role requires strong clinical skills, adherence to established protocols, and the ability to work alongside a multidisciplinary team.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour day shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA). Epic experience required. Ability to titrate pressors included in the skill set. Day one pass/fail testing will be administered.
• Preferred Qualifications: ACLS from the American Heart Association (AHA), NIHSS certification.
• Float: Float rotation may be required as needed.
• Additional Information: This role involves working in a Level 1 trauma environment where prior trauma experience is preferred; otherwise, trauma experience is mandatory if no prior travel. The candidate must be separated from the organization for at least 6 months to be considered (perm, per diem, or contract). IVS to manager for approval.
