Registered Nurse / Intermediate Care Unit

Job Summary:
The Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) registered nurse position is located in Lagrange, Georgia. This role involves providing high-quality patient care during night shifts, supporting patients with complex needs. The registered nurse will utilize clinical skills and collaborate with a healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated. RN - Registered Nurse (Single State) or RN - Registered Nurse with Multi-state Compact licensure; BLS - Basic Life Support (or ARC-BLS or BLS-I); ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (or ARC-ALS, ACLS-I, or ACLS-Provisional within 180 days); minimum of 0 years of experience with direct patient care
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Additional Information: The position requires strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills. The RN must be capable of functioning effectively in a fast-paced environment, respond decisively to emergencies, and demonstrate excellent time management, critical thinking, and evidence-based nursing practices.
