Registered Nurse / Labor And Delivery Department

Job Summary:
The Labor and Delivery (L&D) department in Cambridge, Massachusetts, is seeking an experienced healthcare professional for a 12-hour rotating shift position. The role supports a busy maternity care unit with an average of approximately 2,600 births annually. The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient-centered care within a trusted facility that maintains a focus on evidence-based practices.

Job Details:

• Shift: Rotating, 12 hours
• Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts, every other weekend
• Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts
• Required Qualifications: Valid Massachusetts license; minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery; Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); Epic electronic medical record system experience; must have been separated from the healthcare provider for at least 6 months prior to consideration
• Preferred Qualifications: Travel experience is considered a plus
• Additional Information: A Hillsborough County Health Department clearance sheet (BILH coversheet) is required at submission. The role requires familiarity with evidence-based, patient-centered care practices.
