Registered Nurse / Medical Surgical Floor

Job Summary:
This Medical Surgical Floor registered nurse position is located in Torrington, Wyoming. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for adult patients in a fast-paced hospital environment. The RN will utilize evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality patient care and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Current, valid RN license in Wyoming; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; at least 1 year of recent acute care hospital experience as a Registered Nurse in the specialty area.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Nursing; professional certification relevant to medical-surgical nursing.
• Additional Information: The RN will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor patient progress, and document all care activities in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves working with adult patients with diverse medical conditions, requiring effective communication and critical thinking skills. The start date for this assignment is 08/17/2026.
