Registered Nurse / Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor

Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (MS REHAB) in Illinois This inpatient rehabilitation position involves providing high-quality nursing care on a medical surgical rehabilitation floor with a focus on stroke and neuro populations. The role requires assessing patients mental, physical, and spiritual needs, developing individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, and ensuring patient safety through clinical judgment. This position offers a day shift opportunity in a facility dedicated to excellence in patient care, supporting professional growth and development.

Job Details:

• Location: Herrin, Illinois
• Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current Illinois Registered Nurse license; CPR/BLS certification; 0 years of experience required
• Preferred Qualifications: Stroke certification is a plus but not required
• Additional Information:
  • Responsible for maintaining complete and accurate medical records
