Licensed Practical Nurse / Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor

Job Summary:
A Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Nurse Practitioner is needed at a healthcare facility located in Clive, Iowa. This role involves providing specialized care within a 50-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation setting focused on recoveries from neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injuries, and orthopedic injuries. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs aimed at improving patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: No minimum experience required; current applicable certifications in nursing or relevant healthcare provider credentials; valid licensing to practice in Iowa; flexible to work night shifts.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in medical surgical rehabilitation or related fields is a plus.
• Additional Information: The role involves delivering intense, customized rehabilitation care tailored to individual patient needs. Responsibilities include assessing patient progress, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to maximize patient recovery and quality of life.
