Registered Nurse / Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor

Job Summary:
The healthcare provider is seeking a Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Nurse for a facility in Clive, Iowa. This role involves providing specialized care to patients undergoing inpatient acute rehabilitation for conditions such as stroke, brain injury, neurological disorders, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injuries. The position focuses on maximizing patient health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive rehabilitation programs.

Job Details:

• Position: Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Nurse
• Location: Clive, Iowa
• Shift: Days
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Start Date: 08/03/2026
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license within the state, completion of a nursing degree (Associate`s Degree in Nursing or higher), and at least 1 year of nursing experience in a rehabilitation or medical-surgical setting.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with inpatient acute rehabilitation, certification in rehabilitation nursing (CRRN), and familiarity with protocols for stroke and neurological recovery.
• Additional Information: The position involves delivering patient-centered care on a comprehensive medical-surgical rehabilitation floor, adhering to facility policies and clinical standards, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
