Registered Nurse / Intensive Care Unit

Job Summary:
The healthcare professional specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at this location will be responsible for providing advanced patient care within an acuity adaptable unit that is not a dedicated Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The role requires clinical expertise in critical care, with a focus on adapting to varying patient needs in a fast-paced environment. The position involves working during daytime shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week starting on August 16, 2026.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Dayshift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Critical Care Nursing or relevant specialty, current licensure in Wisconsin, minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, experience with EPIC electronic health record system, travel experience preferred, will need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if required
• Additional Information: This acuity adaptable unit requires flexible clinical skills. The position involves potential float responsibilities within the skill set across different sites within a 40-mile radius of the facility. The unit operates with EOW (every other week) and EOH (every other hour) scheduling considerations.
