Registered Nurse / Intensive Care Unit

Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a qualified Intensive Care Unit (ICU) registered nurse for a night shift position at a healthcare facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role involves working on an acuity adaptable unit that is not a traditional ICU, with the potential to float within the site or to nearby sites within 40 miles. The nurse will be expected to manage complex patient care needs and adhere to facility-specific protocols.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications, at least 2 years of ICU experience, and prior travel nursing experience. EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system proficiency is preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience on acuity adaptable units and flexibility to float within the skill set as needed.
• Additional Information: This position requires working on an acuity adaptable unit that may involve patient care across different acuity levels. The assignment commences on 08/16/2026. Occasional onsite floating within skill set or to other nearby locations is possible depending on staffing needs.
